Here’s what I think every B2B startup Founder should be doing at the moment.
This seems to be a hot topic as I get asked this question a couple of times every week… so here’s my current take:
Focus on LinkedIn. Organic growth is still good vs Facebook and Insta.
And focus on the personal brand as the founder.
Your company page can just be a place where you post news and jobs.
The personal brand of the Founder is where the traction is.
People like to follow people, not faceless brands.
And there’s tremendous value in working on your personal brand as a Founder and then using that to amplify your company’s vision.
