To explain what your company does in simple terms start by removing any tech-specific words from what you’re saying.

No one cares about what you do.

Very often I meet companies who insist on mentioning specifics… things like AI, Blockchain, Machine Learning, Big Data, AR etc etc etc…

What you really need is to explain what you’re offering in terms of the value you’re providing to your prospective customers.

👉 What problem are you really solving?
👉 How are you making my life better?

Focus on the outcome of what you’re providing.
The “How” you’re doing it is somewhat irrelevant initially.
