Focus on one specific use for your product. 🏹
I’m sure the product could be a fit for Distributed Teams, for Events organisers, for Schools and [… add yours here]
But you cannot be great for all of them. 😲
And it is extremely difficult to show value for all areas on your homepage and in your pitch.
So, just choose one area, and focus on it.
When the product messaging is clear on solving a specific problem for a specific user then it is way easier to convert the right audience.
We can do average stuff for average people.
Or we can be great for some and ignore the rest.
So, we better Focus.
PS: Yes, it’s very difficult to ignore potential users, but we get to choose where we want to make a difference.
