3 questions you need to be answering quickly to increase website conversion

Over the last few months, I’ve run this exercise with 27 startups and we were all impressed at the level of clarity they were able to go away with every-single-time. 🚀

It helped them gain a simple way to describe their products in a concise way.
And also gave them clarity about who they are as a company, what they stand for and why they are passionate about solving their particular issue.

I run this as a 2-hour workshop for founding teams/leadership, but you can easily go through it by yourself if you follow the document and answer the 3 questions.

If you’re doing it on your own, write multiple answers to each question until you can’t simplify it further (or at least feels so) and then when you’re ready, test it with someone external who doesn’t know what you do and is not as involved as you are, and work on the feedback.
